Good News Kidnappers release pastor after 12days abduction

A Deeper Christian Life Ministry pastor has regained freedom to be with his family and congregation by his abductors after spending twelve days in their den.

The kidnapped pastor identified as Pastor David Onubedo was released yesterday morning (6 February) after The kidnappers had established contact with his wife and demanded for N50 million ransom, which was later slashed to N10 million and later to N1 million before they could release him.

According to P.M.NEWS the pastor was kidnapped by gunmen right after closing from bible study fellowship on 25 January, 2016 in his house in Okene, Kogi State.

Confirming the pastor’s release by the State Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Niger State, Pastor Araromi Toyin he announced the good news to members of the congregation who must have been praying endlessly for the safe released of their pastor during a Mini-Congress held at the Minna Deeper Life Camp Ground.
