Docked Serial rapist found guilty of raping teenage boys on his houseboat

A former music teacher, who seems to have a special interest in defiling teenage male minors has been convicted of raping two 17-year-olds on his houseboat. Tim Douglass, 56, has been convicted of a string of sexual offences against teenage boys dating back to 2004.

Tim Douglass, who was involved a string of sexual offences dating back to 2004 has now finally been declared guilty. The former teacher, 56, perpetrated these crimes of defilation against teenage boys.

A court heard how sick Douglass, a caterer and former volunteer music teacher, raped and sexually assaulted a 17-year-old when he was living on a houseboat on the River Arun in Houghton, West Sussex.

The hearing eventually brought to light the despicable things the former volunteer teacher had perpetrated against numerous minors within a time frame of 9 years- 2004-2013.

The court of hearing, Hove Crown Court, East Sussex, heard as the Public prosecutor established the guilt of Mr. Tim Douglas, as a serial rapist.

Douglass, from Hove, was also convicted of two counts of sexual activity with a boy aged between 14 and 15 between 2004 and 2006 as well as two counts of sexual assault on another young boy between 2005 and 2008.

He was convicted of a further two counts of sexual assault on a young boy between 2006 and 2008 as well as one count of sexual assault on another young boy between 2007 and 2009.

Douglass’offences between 2004 and 2009 happened while he lived in Steyning, West Sussex, and was teaching music at a community centre.

Mr. Douglass raped another 17-year-old boy in 2013.

The 56 year old, who denied all charges, has been remanded in custody until his sentencing on Thursday, January 7.
