Oba Saheed Elegushi, the king of Ikate Land in Lagos is now 40 years old.
The monarch who is currently on a pilgrimage visit to Mecca added to his age on Sunday, April 10, 2016.
The king who ascended the throne at the age of 34, was presented on the cover of the Sunday edition of This Day Style in recognition of his birthday.
He appeared on the cover of the magazine with the elegance and glamour fitted for a king.
Oba Saheed Elegushi was born into the family of late (Oba) Yekini Adeniyi Elegushi, and remains the youngest king in Lagos State.
The Oba is quite an academic. He had his secondary school education at the Methodist Boys’ High School, Lagos between 1988 and 1994.
After this, he proceeded to the Lagos State University, Ojo Campus around 1995 and 2000 bagging a Second Class Honourary Degree in Economics.
Oba Saheed Elegushi also acquired a Masters Degree in Economics at the Lagos State University, Ojo Campus between 2002 and 2003.
