Senator urges government to legalize illegal refineries

Murray-Bruce further advised the government to legalize the refineries instead of relying on imports to provide the country’s fuel needs.


Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has criticized the Nigerian government for the continued destruction of illegal refineries despite the fuel scarcity in the country.

He made the comments via Twitter on Monday, November 16, 2015. He said:

The Bayelsa State Senator also recently urged President Muhammadu Buhari to stop blaming his predecessor, Goodluck Jonathan for Nigeria's problems but instead focus on moving the country forward.
