'Why I created Zone 222,' Tinsel producer speaks on new TV series

The director is of the strong belief that his creations are tailored towards bridging the gap between Africa and the rest of the world as an African filmmaker.

Talented director and filmmaker, Rogers Ofime has revealed his reasons for creating a new TV series, .

In an exclusive chat, the filmmaker, who is popular for his magic hands on Tinsel and highly anticipated movie, Oloibiri, the need to bring a youth-appealing TV series to the screens after his success as a director with Tinsel brought about Zone 222.

Ofime, whose works include The Johnsons, Madam Dearest, One of Several, Hotel Majestic, Spinsters, maid of Honor, How to be Lola's husband, With Love, Tinsel, Oloibiri, Zone 222 and Prince of Spice, is known to find a passion in mentoring upcoming producers as well as making movies that will rank amongst the very best globally.

Over time, Rogers has worked hand in gloves with several other amazing local and international producers/directors in the industry such as Tade Ogidan, Alex Mouth, Segun Giwa, Greg Fibresima, Solomon Macaulay, Titus Open and a lot more.
