Veteran Nollywood actress and producer, Chinyere Wilfred, has revealed that being in the industry for years doesn't mean she is ready to retire for younger actors.

The talented actress is popular for playing a mother or queen figure in movies. Chinyere has also starred in a movie 'Eductaed Illiterates' as a secondary school student.

The actress revealed this in an interview with Daily Independent ;

"Why would I step down? Is it Federal Government job that requires retirement? I don’t think so. In movies, they have mothers, aunties and the rest. So it has no retirement age.

I will act till I die. So don’t think anything can make me reitire. I am not ready to step aside for anybody. It is my job and my career and I don’t have any other thing to do for now because the industry is where I belong. To all those that are expecting me to retire, please tell them I just started and I am not ready to stop." - She said.
