Goodluck Jonathan presents handover notes to President-elect, Buhari [More photos]

The handover was part of the the process ultimately culminating in the final hand over of power tomorrow.

 

President Goodluck Jonathan, during a ceremony at the Aso chambers, State House in Abuja today, May 28, 2015, presented incoming president, Muhammadu Buhari, the handover notes for the inauguration ceremony as well as  handover notes from the National Conference.

The handover took place in the presence of dignitaries including the Vice President Namadi Sambo, Vice-President elect Prof. Yemi Osibajo, APC chieftains, and other high level members of both the outgoing and incoming government.

The Inauguration ceremony will take place on May 29, 2015.
