The usual venue of the meeting was not available for use on Wednesday.

The venue of the meeting which usually takes place at the Council Chambers in the Villa was not used on Wednesday reportedly due to "technical issue".

A minute of silence was held in honour of former Vice President, Dr Alex Ekwueme, who died in London on Sunday, November 19.
