Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has paid a congratulatory visit to President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.

Atiku visited Buhari on Thursday, April 2, two days after the former Head of State was declared winner of Nigeria’s Presidential elections.

The former Vice President, who was also a presidential aspirant, had earlier sent Buhari a message to felicitate with him on his victory.
Atiku was defeated by Buhari at the party primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in December 2014.
