Original inhabitants of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja have called on the Minister, Muhammad Bello, to get serious on the development of the area as he marked 100 days in office.

Speaking through a spokesman, Comrade Yusuf Yunusa, the residents described Muhammad Bello’s stint as minister as a total waste of time and waste of tax payer’s money without anything to show for it.

Yusuf told journalists in Abuja that with the level at which the FCT minister is handling the affairs of the territory, shows clearly that he lacks economic team.

“The Minister has no special advisers and mandate secretaries to aid his administration to achieve the needed change in the territory” he said.

"The minister seems to be asleep since his assumption of office. He has only succeeded in taking the territory backward with high rate of street hawkers, abandoned projects littered around the FCT with workers in the area council been owned salaries” he said.
