Party accuses Sheriff of being an APC agent
The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused Sen Ali Modu Sheriff of being an agent of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).

The spokesman of the Makarfi-led caretaker committee of the PDP, Prince Dayo Adeyeye stated this in Abuja on Tuesday 14 June 2016.
Adeyeye said for the dethroned Chairman of the PDP to gain entry into the PDP National secretariat shows that the security agents were working in tandem with their allegation.
“Sheriff is acting a script by the APC to destroy the PDP and gain clear advantage in the next general elections in 2019,” the party claim.
