APC leaders absent at ex-governor’s book launch [PHOTOS]

Current Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode was also absent from the ceremony at which three books - ‘In Bold Print’, ‘The Lagos Blowdown’ and ‘The Great Leap’ were presented in Fashola’s honour.

In apparent confirmation of a rift between All Progressives Congress (APC) leader, Bola Tinubu and former Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, key members of the party were absent from the latter’s book launch which held on Tuesday, August 18, 2015.

Current Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode was also absent from the ceremony at which three books - ‘In Bold Print’, ‘The Lagos Blowdown’ and ‘The Great Leap’ were presented in Fashola’s honour.

Fashola vacated office on May 29 and was Tinubu’s successor.
