Haitian rapper Wyclef Jean has released the video for his tribute to late Afrobeat maestro and activist; Fela Anikulapo Kuti.

The song ''Fela Kuti' is the lead single of Wyclef’s "Carnival III: The Fall and Rise of a Refugee" album that was released in September.

Wyclef in an interview with XXL Magazine disclosed that the track was titled Fela Kuti because he felt the need to give props to the late legend.
‘I decided to name it Fela Kuti because for me, I feel like we be thinking of Bob Marley, we give a lot of people from our past props, so when the kids hear Fela Kuti, I really want them to Google it,’ he said.
