Rapper reacts to being compared to M.I

The award winning act doesn't take kindly to having his new EP being compared to M.I's style of music.

Chocolate City rapper Ice Prince has reacted to having his music being compared to M.I's music.

His reaction comes after the negative review of his 'Trash Can' EP on 360 Nobs.

In a mini-rant on Twitter today, Monday, February 2, 2015, the rapper took exception to the comparison, and called out popular blogger Noble Igwe for the post on his site.

"My Old G Noble Igwe! You and your blog shld stop comparing my music with my brother and Teacher MI. I'm not tryn 2 be greater than M. Stop!" he tweeted.

"If You get to see this Tweet! Take note for the last time my old G! Me and M.I and everybody around that is deeper than Music. That's blood!" he said in a tweet directed at Noble Igwe.

He later went on to say he can never be compared to M.I who he considers as the greatest musician out of Nigeria.

"And to evry1 else dat cares to knw! I can never ever ever ever compete with MI. It's deeper than Music. Same Parents or Not! M is blood!" he tweeted.

"And for the record, MI is the greatest Rap Musician 2 come outta this side! I'm who I am because I was taught and brought up by the greatest" read his final tweet.

Noble Igwe has responded to Ice Prince's tweets.

"There’s Noble Igwe & there are businesses that he’s associated with. Two different things" he tweeted.

"With my colleagues ,I try as much as possible not to interfere with their work . When I write, I sign off as me" he further tweeted.
