A new documentary about the job of a bus conductor is set to be released soon. The upcoming production called “Nigerians Speak On Bus Conductors” is directed by Peter Oke.

A newly released prelude featurette for the forthcoming feature shows different sides of Lagos, Nigeria including Marina, Victoria Island and Obalende.

In the 10 minutes clip, which is in a vox pop format, sees Lagosians air their views about bus conductors. The conductors who are the core focus of this production also speak about what their job entails.

“Being a conductor, you don’t need to be gentle anyway”, says one of them in the clip. The full version of the documentary is set to be released later in the year.
