Rapper, Kendrick Lamar is among the latest celebrity to meet with the world leader.

In the past, famous rappers like Common, Jay-Z and others have had the opportunity to sit in the counsel of the President.

Kendrick hints at this as he mentioned, “I sat down with President Barack Obama and shared the same views, topics concerning the inner cities, the problem, the solutions and furthermore, embracing the youth”.

Confirming the authenticity of the story was the Senior Advisor to Obama, Valerie Jarrett. She comments, “He came and he visited the president, and you know what the president said to him? [Because] he was a little nervous — bless his heart, he’s really a very nice young man, and the president said, ’Can you believe that we’re both sitting in this Oval Office?”

The Obama administration is known for regularly hosting public figures as guests, often to hold a meeting with the President concerning key national issues.
