Calm in Buguma as voters await INEC staff in wards
It was also reported that there were no sign of staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in several wards in the area.

According to a report by Vanguard Newspaper, there is calm in Buguma, headquarters of Asari Toru local government area as at about 7: 50am.
The report further revealed that at Ward 4 there was no material as at about 7.53am and a youth leader, Livingston Membere, alleged that the soldiers had moved into the community to calm a slight tension in the town on Friday night, March 18, 2016.
