The Supreme Court has upheld the elections of the Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi; Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa; and Yobe State Governor, Ibrahim Gaidam.

Details of the judgement are sketchy, as the court is said to have fixed February 15 to give reasons for its unanimous judgment .
