“Change is not going to be an easy process,” Vice President says

Osinbajo also craved citizens’ understanding on steps the government would take for the good of the country.

Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo has urged Nigerians to be patient with the new administration as it brings much needed change to the country.

The VP made the call on Monday, June 22, 2015, while speaking to State House correspondents in Abuja.

“Change is not going to be an easy process. So, there will be a great deal of patience that is required and understanding of what we need to do. And we are going to try to bring about permanent change it also means that people are also going to change, that the people will also change,” Osinbajo said.

“But, I understand clearly that it is the leadership that must set the example and we are prepared to do that and we will do that,” he added.

Osinbajo officially resumed for duty at his office in the Presidential Villa on Monday.
