Buhari, Osinbajo, Saraki to lead APC mega rally on Saturday

The APC leadership is storming Akure to market the party's guber candidate, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu to the Ondo people.

At the rally, which will hold in Akure, the APC national leadership will be marketing its candidate in the November 26 polls, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu to the people of Ondo.

The Ondo State APC Publicity Secretary, Chief Abayomi Adesanya, disclosed this in a statement issued in Akure on Friday.

Adesanya noted that the visit of the president with other leaders of the party will enhance the support of the masses who believe in true governance which the APC represents.

He said: "The president is expected to address a mammoth crowd of party faithful and the teeming supporters of APC in Ondo State.

"Mr President has given assurances that he will personally grace the campaign rally scheduled to hold on Saturday at the Democracy Park, Akure.

"Buhari will lead all the APC governors across the country and members of the Federal Executive Council to the campaign rally, while the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki will also grace the event."

The spokesman said that ace fuji musician, Abass Akande popularly known as Obesere will entertain people at the campaign rally.

He urged the people of the state to troop out en-masse to give the president a rousing welcome, as the visit will not only be significant to APC members but to the entire people of the state.
