‘PDP will win in Lagos’, Akpabio says

Akpabio also added that the ruling party would also win elections in all the other states in the south.

The Governor of Akwa Ibom, Godswill Akpabio has said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will win elections in Lagos State.

The governor stated this on Tuesday, March 10, during a meeting of the PDP Governors Forum in Lagos.

“Forget the propaganda you see. We are on ground and we believe PDP will win. PDP is the party to beat. We are not panicking because we have presence across 120, 000 polling units across the nation,” Akpabio said.

“We are in Lagos because Lagos is a strategic place. We have to re-strategize to ensure free, fair and credible elections. We came to brainstorm on how to win the election” he added.
