Nigerians react to Faleke’s absence at ceremony

Faleke was chosen as Bello’s running mate after the death of former APC candidate, Abubakar Audu who he was also running mate to.

Yahaya Bello of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was today, January 27, 2016, sworn in as the Governor of Kogi State.

Bello was sworn in without a deputy due to the absence of James Faleke, who was to fill the position.

Faleke was chosen as Bello’s running mate after the death of former APC candidate, Abubakar Audu who he was also running mate to.

Faleke is however insisting that he be sworn in as governor and had earlier said that he would not attend the inauguration ceremony.
