Governor says Buhari’s government is ‘one chance’

Fayose made the comment via a full page advert in a newspaper today, December 1, 2015.

Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose has described President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration as “one chance”.

He also accused Buhari, and his party the All Progressives Congress (APC), of running a deceitful ‘change campaign’ in his six months of office.

Fayose had also earlier made the remark via a statement released on November 28.

“Honestly, this change promised by President Buhari and his party, APC is nothing other than ‘one chance change’ and this has been attested to even by highly respected international news media,” the governor said.

Fayose’s reference to ‘change’ is in connection with the APC’s slogan during its campaign for the 2015 elections.

The governor had earlier taken out a similar newspaper advert against Buhari while the latter was still campaigning for office.

In the advert, Fayose hinted that Buhari would not survive as Nigeria’s president due to his advanced age.
