A Court of Appeal in Abia has ordered the incumbent Governor of the state, Mr Okezie Ikpeazu, to vacate his seat as it declared the All Progressive Grand Alliance, Mr Alex Otti, thewinner of the State's Governorship election.
Appeal Court sacks Abia Governor, orders swearing in of APGA candidate
In its judgement today, Thursday, Dec. 31, the appellate court ordered the swearing of Otti as governor of Abia state.
