British soldiers visit Defence Headquarters [PHOTOS]

The officers were led by British Deputy Chief of Defence Staff on Military Strategy and Operations, Lieutenant General Gordon Messenger and were received by Nigerian Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Gabriel Olonishakin.

Senior members of the British military, on Thursday, August 6, 2015, paid a courtesy visit to Nigeria’s Defence headquarters in Abuja.

The officers were led by British Deputy Chief of Defence Staff on Military Strategy and Operations, Lieutenant General Gordon Messenger and were received by Nigerian Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Gabriel Olonishakin.

The British military has also pledged its support for Nigeria’s fight against Boko Haram.
