Fulani herdsmen are being treated as sacred cows – Governor

The Governor also called on the Buhari-led administration stop ruling Nigeria with double standards.
According to Punch, Fayose described the killings in Benue state as ethnic cleansing.
He also said “This nation belongs to our forefathers and they bequeathed it to us and we should not allow anyone to chase others away, this country belongs to all of us.
“I went to the graveside today and I was moved to tears. How can people be slaughtered like cows? There is no terrorism more than what has happened in Benue.
“I charge the Federal Government to stop ruling Nigeria with double standard. Killing innocent souls, sacking their communities is nothing but terrorism.”
Buhari is shielding the herdsmen
Governor Ayo Fayose had earlier accusedPresident Buhari of protecting the interests of herdsmen.
The Governor also called on Mr. President to take military action against the group.
