Dasuki was indicted by a panel constituted by Buhari to investigate arms deals in the country from 2007-2015.

Buhari has ordered Dasuki's arrest but the former NSA has said that he is embarrassed by the order and is proud of the work he has done for Nigeria.
Dasuki had previously been charged with money laundering and illegal possession of weapons after an invasion of his home by the Department of State Services (DSS) in July.
