About 250 personnel of the undefinedare expected to take over the job of protecting president Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential Villa.

This is coming after over 150 DSS personnel who worked with ex-president Goodluck Jonathan were posted out of the villa three months after president Buhari was inaugurated.

In a report by Vanguard, the reason the former aides were replaced was due to the bitter experience during the sallah prayers when president Buhari was almost mobbed by enthusiastic Nigerians who overwhelmed the military men that were supposed to protect him.

President Buhari himself confessed that but for God’s protection, he would have been mobbed by the crowd that thronged the Eid prayer ground.
