Emerging act Tekno gives confident performance

Tekno is one of the upcoming acts in Nigeria to watch out for in 2015.

As expected, the weekly Industry Nite took place at Quilox, Victoria Island yesterday. The weekly music event was headlined by the buzzing artiste from Triple M G, Tekno.

Tekno has been on the radar since 2012 after the success of his breakout single 'Holiday' featuring Davido. Last year he joined the label which has Iyanya as its front line act.

At the Industry Nite event, Tekno gave a good account performance of himself as he gave a confident, solid, but short performance.

Using a live band, and a DJ, he performed his growing set list of hit singles, 'Holiday', 'Shoki', 'Dance' and his brand new single 'Anything'. The young upstart looked like a veteran with his strong display on stage.

Before his performance, label mate and producer Selebobo performed two songs. The night climaxed with the performance of Mr. Song formerly known as Harrysong.

Celebrities who attended the event include D'Tunes, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Iyanya, Rundatrax, and others.
