Olumide Bakare, Muyideen Oladapo attend cinema launch in Kwara

Months after opening in Ibadan, fast growing cinema company, Viva Cinema has launched a new branch in Kwara State.

Popular Nollywood acts, Olumide Bakare,Muyiwadeen Oladapo and Bukunmi Oluwasina are some of the celebrities that attended the launch of a Viva Cinema's new film house in Ilorin, Kwara State.

The opening of the Viva Cinema in the popular Shoprite Mall, Ilorin, attracted a huge crowd that thronged the Cinema Hall l, to relish the opening films and the physical presence of their adorned stars.

According to reports, the initiative is bankrolled by Bank of Industry (BoI),in its contribution to the movie industry through the Nollyfund’ initiative, where an initial of N1.0billion has been earmarked.

It should be noted that BoI recently gave opportunity to filmmakers who desire sponsorship for their scripts, having accredited some reputable distributors to support the initiative.

And these include, G-Media, FilmOne Distribution Company, Silverbird Distribution Company and Genesis Deluxe Distribution Company, Fans Connect Online Nigeria Limited, Kingsley Ogoro Productions Limited and 4Screams International Nigeria Limited.
