While the regional Big Brother shows which include Big Brother Angola and Big Brother Mzansi, will continue to entertain fans, the continental version of the show is currently on hold.
The 2014 edition of the show came to an end with Idris emerging as the winner.
According to several reports, the show is being put on hold as there are no available sponsors.
