Abuse victim returns for revenge in Uduak Isong's short film

Written and directed by Uduak Isong, "Best Served Cold" tells the story of an abuser whose victim returns to haunt him.

The short film is written and directed by Uduak Isong Oguamanam, and  stars Sylvia Oluchy, Bimbo Ademoye and Emem Ufot.

"Best Served Cold" follows a man who molested his 17-year-old housemaid. Years later, she returns to get her revenge on her former boss and his wife.

The film comes at a time when the issue of sexual molestation has become a trend in Nigeria.

Uduak Isong Oguamanam is popular for movies including "Fine Girl," "Edikan," "Truth be Told," '"Falling," "Okon in Lagos" among others.

The filmmaker made her directorial debut in 2010 with the short film "To Live Again," which was adapted from her short story.

Her upcoming movie is titled "Lost in London," and it is a continuation of the Okon franchise.
