Was the judgment given to Meek Mill fair?

Meek Mill is going back to jail but this time there are mixed reactions over this judgment.

This is not to say that the Philadelphia born artist has had a clean and smooth ride. First was his highly publicised relationship with rap goddess, Nicki Minaj which was sort of reawakening of Meek's pursuit for success. However, that relationship was short lived.

Then came the story of his probation violation in 2015 where he was then sentenced to 90 days of house arrest.Additionally, he was also sentenced to six more years of probation. Every sane person would have stayed away from any sort of crime after getting out of jail especially when you are a celebrity. Well, Meek Mill was again arrested at a local airport in St. Louis, Missouri for assaulting two pedestrians.

Now the shocker, on Monday, November 6, 2017, he was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for violating his parole. Now a lot of people might be of the opinion that he deserves it because he failed to keep his part of the deal. This might not also go down well with a lot of fans who might think that he has been arrested too many times and so he should have been given another chance.

We all know that a crime is a crime and one should be wary of things they get involved with especially if you are a celebrity. Meek Mill should have stayed away from driving and not just driving but reckless driving. He should have been advised by his legal team on what to do so as not to violate his probation.

For every celebrity, going to jail is not something they want to ever experience as it is bad for the image and business.

What do you guys think, was the judgment fair on Meek Mill or did the judge go too far with his judgment.
