She tweeted her anticipation in visiting Nigeria's urban city one more time back in May this year.
"Man! I can’t wait to get back to #Lagos to see & hear all the talent from the @AirtelTRACEMS competition first hand!! Oh, and jollof," she tweeted in excitement.
Keri Hilson is to take over from Akon, the season one mentor of the event.
