According to the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the father and son, and two others used five companies - Blue Opal Nigeria limited, Serore Farms & Extension Limited, Pagoda Fortunes Limited, Towers Assets Management Limited and Crust Energy Limited, to siphon Adamawa state funds running to N15 billion.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
