Court adjourns disqualification suit against APC candidate

The Federal High court reached the decision on Wednesday, March 25, and held that it should apply to all pending disqualification suits against Buhari.

A court in Abuja has adjourned a disqualification suit against All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari till April 22 and 23, 2015.

In delivering the ruling, Justice Adeniyi Ademola also dismissed applications by two parties to be joined in the suit as defendants.

‎The APC had earlier warned against any last minute attempts to disqualify Buhari before the elections.

The Presidential elections are slated to hold on Saturday, March 28.
