Governor wants all Imo adults to pay N3000 tax for development
Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha has ordered all adults in the state to pay N3,000 as development levy.

Okorocha is said to have given the instruction to enable the government develop the 637 communities in the state.
All taxable adults in the state’s 27 local councils will be required to register to enable the government collect the money.

According to The Guardian, Okorocha made the order over the weekend while inaugurating the state’s Development Council.
