The agency filed a 14-count charges of unlawful enrichment against Nganjiwa, and a 4-count charge of corruption and attempting to pervert the course of justice against Yunusa.

Nganjiwa was involved in a major sting operation by the Department of State Services (DSS) last year, while Yunusa was sacked by the National Judicial Council (NJC) in July last year on suspicions of accepting bribes.

Nganjiwa's charge is believed to be in reaction to six judges being recalled by the National Judicial Council (NJC) after the Federal Government failed to charge them after the October 2016 raid.
