The arrested suspects were apprehended on their way to Libya and other African countries, according to DSSstate director, Abdullahi Chiranchi.
Chiranchi told journalists on Thursday, June 9, 2016, that the arrest would stop plans of making Kano a training ground for ISIS terrorists.
The director said further that DSS operatives also arrested members of a nine-man cattle rustling, armed robbery, kidnapping and car-snatching gang.
