The “Day for Indigenous Religion” as proclaimed by the United Nations is being celebrated all over the world.
The government made the declaration to allow those who practice traditional religions to celebrate Isese Day, an annual festival.
The holiday was also observed in the state last year for the purpose of ensuring that all religions enjoy the same benefits.
