Punch reports that the former CDS has filed an application in court seeking for the re-consideration of the bail conditions.

Speaking on the matter, Badeh’s Lawyer, Mr. Samuel Zibiri (SAN), said “We filed an application to vary the bail condition from two sureties with landed property worth N1bn each to be varied to require surety who owns property in Abuja which is of considerable value.”
