The Permanent Secretary of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, Engr. John Chukwu, on Monday, October 5, summoned security agencies and officials for an emergency over last Friday's multiple bomb blasts in Kuje and Nyanya.

He urged that surveillance in and around the FCT must be intensified.

Chukwu said the meeting, which took place in Abuja, was aimed at brainstorming on the unfortunate incident and beef up security in the nation's capital.

Over a dozen people were killed and scores injured in the bomb attack carried out by terror group Boko Haram.
