Up and coming rapper, Phrida, has dropped her debut single. The song is titled, ‘Giza’, and was produced by GyC.

Phrida, who's full name is Effa Phrida Okpa, hails from Cross River State, Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc in Biochemistry from the Madonna University and possesses the raw talent and passion to succeed in the music industry.

As a little girl in junior secondary school, Phrida spent much of her free time writing poems with rhymes but attempted rap, as she grew older, she found herself listening to the likes of Eminem, Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj and M.I, realizing in the process that she could rap along with ease.

With time, her poems changed to lyrics and her passion for rap only grew bigger. Now with her debut rap song, she’s on course to achieve her dream.
