Actress to make feature film debut with Kevin Hart And Tiffany Haddish

Yvonne Orji has joined Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish for her feature film debut, "Night School."

The talented actress is set to make her first feature film debut in an anticipated comedy film, "Night School."

Orji joins Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish in the movie directed by Malcolm D. Lee. Lee's film credits include "The Best Man Holiday," "Barbershop: The Next Cut" and most recently, the critically acclaimed "Girls Trip."

The upcoming "Night School" follows the story of a group of troublemakers who are forced to attend night school in hopes that they will pass the GED exam to finish high school.

Written by Hart, Harry Ratchford, Joey Wells, Nick Stoller and Matt Kellard, it will be produced by Hart for his Hartbeat Productions along with Will Packer for his Will Packer Productions.

Before "Insecure," Orji wrote a pilot for a web series "First Gen," a sitcom about Joanna - a first generation Nigerian-American who trades in a stable career in medicine for stand-up comedy, and the adventures that ensue when her traditional immigrant parents discover her plans.

The trailer which was released in 2015 went viral and not only earned her an audition for "Insecure," but also the attention of David Oyelowo and Oprah Winfery, who would also executive produce the series.

"Night School" will debut on September 28, 2018.
