Nadia Buari's film gets selected for Pan African Film Festival

Nadia Buari's movie ‘The Dairy of Imogene Brown’ gets selected for the 23rd Pan African Film Festival 2015 in Los Angeles. Watch trailer.

Nadia Buari’s first self-produced movie, ‘The Dairy of Imogene Brown’ which premiered on December 23, 2013 at the Conference Center (ACCRA) has been selected to screen at the 23rd Pan African Film Festival, scheduled to take place in Los Angeles from February 5 to February 16, 2015.

'The Dairy of Imogene Brown’ stars Nadia Buari, Jim Iyke, Kelvin Boateng, Prince Mingle, Beatrice Dadson, Soraya Mensah, Charles Bruce Tagoe and Heba Khaled.

Official SynopsisImogen Brown is a successful business woman who had what most women wished for. An incredible daughter, a great home, a diamond business empire and a handsome boyfriend.

Unknowing to her, her envious boyfriend Tyler Graham, who had been having an affair with two of Imogen’s closest friends, was only interested in her wealth.

After many failed attempts of persuading Imogen to marry him so he could take over her company. He decides to walk out on their 6-year relationship. In trying to get over the pain of the heartbreak, she meets Stanley Coleman who introduces her to all kinds of drugs and as a result becomes an addict.

Nadia Buari's movie joins Lydia Forson's movie 'A Letter From Adam'.
