Monalisa Chinda speaks on her upcoming TV show, how she treats people who work for and with her, and the movie 'First Cut'.

Pulse.ng had a chat with veteran Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda at the premiere of Lisa Omorodion's movie 'First Cut'.

The talented actress opened up on being a boss and how she treats people working under her "no discrimination when you are a boss. You must have the human relationship. You must reach out to your staff." she said.

The actress also spoke on her upcoming TV show ; 'You and I with Monalisa'. "It's exciting" she said. "This is something I always wanted to do for 10 years" - she added.
