Kunle Afolayan intensifies work on DVD release

Nollywood filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan has taken to his Twitter handle to thank fans and colleagues that have embarked on boycotting pirated copies of his award winning flick, October 1.

In his tweet on Thursday, May 14, 2015, the actor wrote, 'My dear fans and friends, Thank you so much for your kind messages on piracy and boycotting the pirated DVD of our films.'

Continuing, the actor disclosed that he's currently working hard to ensure the original copies of October 1 DVDs are released into the Nigerian market soon.

The actor recently returned from a trip to China for an undisclosed business meeting with some top Chinese firms.
