Nigerian 3D animation set to premiere in August

Described as the 1st stop motion 3D animation in Nigeria, 'Dave And Golly' is set to hit cinemas in August.

Put together by a group of Nigerians from the media company, Ash7 Animation Studio, 'Dave and Golly' which is aimed at inspiring youths through art and creativity, will premiere on August 22. The premiere which will be hosted by Comedian Ajebo and Chigul, will take place at Silverbird Cinemas, 133, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos.

In the greatest duel of all time, it will take a giant at heart to face the real giant, but who's got it in him? Dave, the not so cool sheep boy thinks he does!

A giant soldier challenges the Solitaires to a duel, but they all back out! It will take childlike faith to face this bully, but who's got one?

Will the desperate nation do the unthinkable and let a kid face the REAL Giant?! Two great nations must have a duel, but the Solitaires freak out at the Giant opponent.

Now, the fate of this nation lies in the hands of the least expected -a child...with a giant heart!

The upcoming film is produced and directed by Victor Enoch.
