After the challenge, Noah earned all 9s (36/40), and Rumer and Riker both earning perfect 40s.
After all votings and dance challenges, Rumer and Val were announced the winner.

Not only is this a big win for Rumer, but after three times in the finals, this is Val’s first victory.
The two-hour finale featured artists like Jason Derulo and Andy Grammer performing their hit songs.
