'Sometimes love has to be materialistic' singer reveals

The crooner visited Tim Westwood’s Crib Studios and talks to him about everything from her new album “Mama Africa” to her hit single “Ferrari”, her tour, favourite food and Queen Latifah as an inspiration and more.

The crooner while there visited Tim Westwood’s Crib Studios and talks to him about everything from her new album 'Mama Africa' to her hit single 'Ferrari', her tour, favourite food and Queen Latifah as an inspiration and more.

When asked about the motivation behind 'Ferrari', the crooner revealed she sang the song because sometimes, love has to be materialistic.

"There comes a time in a female's life when you're like "Do you know what..." Sometimes love has to be materialistic. Do you know what at least let me have something to show from this relationship," she said.

The singer is currently promoting her sophomore album alongside its deluxe edition which are both out on digital as well as in physical stores locally and  internationally with the proceeds of sales to be given to charity tagged "Feed A Child Initiative".
